NAIJA-MADE filmmaker who FINDS the HEART IN vérité moments and frames them in rich, cinematic beauty.

Fiz crafts layered stories of people in motion, set against the natural beauty of the outdoors, and brought to life through music that sparks wonder and stirs emotion.

Her feature directorial debut, IMPORTED, premiered on Hulu and Disney+ in August 2025. The documentary follows the journeys of eight American pro-basketball players as they build their careers overseas, weaving together themes of ambition, identity, and resilience.

She is also in production on her second feature, UNDERGROUND RAILROAD RIDE, a candid portrait of five young Black and Brown cyclists retracing the routes of freedom seekers through an endurance ride inspired by the Underground Railroad.

Backed by the Sundance Institute, ITVS, Black Public Media, Firelight Media, Tribeca, Mountainfilm, Points North Institute, The Gotham, and more, Fiz continues to shape a bold and distinctive voice within documentary storytelling.

Her earlier producing work has been recognized at major festivals, with selections and awards at SXSW (Winner, Best 360° Video: Documentary), Cinequest (Winner, Best Empathy/VR Documentary), New York Film Festival, Melbourne Film Festival, DOC NYC (Special Jury Mention), and NewFest.

Beyond independent film, Fiz has directed global branded content campaigns and original films for Google, Uber, American Express, Burberry, YouTube, Brand USA, and Mastercard, always bringing craft and heart into dialogue with the communities and stories she uplifts.
